Set up your profilePlay nice — the Chemistry Club Rules
Be kind, be real, have a great time. Nine quick house rules keep every Spark fun for both people — read once, applies always.
- 1
Grown folks only
KC Chemistry is strictly for adults 18 and older. No exceptions, no plus-ones.
- 2
Bring your real self
Use your own recent photos and accurate information. Good chemistry cannot survive a catfish.
- 3
Consent is the cover charge
Cameras turn on only after both people say hello. Either person can end a Spark at any time — no explanation required.
- 4
Keep the Spark classy
Flirting is welcome. Nudity, sexual harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, and unwanted explicit behavior are not.
- 5
No bootlegs
Do not record, photograph, livestream, or share another person's Spark without their clear permission. What happens in the Spark Room stays in the Spark Room.
- 6
“Not this time” means next song
Nobody owes you a match, message, date, or explanation. Respect the answer and keep it moving gracefully.
- 7
Make the first plan public
For first dates, choose a featured restaurant, bar, café, or nightlife venue — not someone's home or another private location.
- 8
Cancel like a grown-up
Life happens, but ghosting doesn't count as a cancellation. Cancel in the app as early as you can — at least two hours before the plan — and offer a new night if you still want to go. Check in when you arrive. A missed plan with no cancellation is a no-show, and two no-shows in a row remove you from KC Chemistry.
- 9
Tell us when the vibe is off
Block or report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. Reporting ends the connection, prevents future matching, and does not require you to contact the other person.
Bad behavior gets bounced. Breaking the Chemistry Club Rules may result in warnings, restricted features, suspension, or permanent removal.

02
Two minutes on video
Matched on shared interests and adjacent budget. Face stays in frame — that's the rule. If you both like each other, extend up to five more minutes.
03
Private yes or no
Neither of you sees the other's answer until you've both decided.
04
Pick the place
Mutual yes opens the venue list, pre-filtered to what you both said you wanted.
